Take this with a grain of salt, however, because people won't always find themselves in situations where it will be appropriate to watch videos; but there will be much fewer things which stop people from reading an article or looking at a graphic. Over the past decade and especially so in the last couple of years, social media has given customers a voice. In the past, there was no easy way for a customer to let a business known how they felt; they'd maybe have to write a letter, or put something in a suggestion box and there was certainly no way that they could easily make their concerns public. These days, however, if a customer takes issue with your business, they can post it publicly on social media and everyone will be able to How to Use Images on Twitter
Twitter is one of the best social media platforms to use if you want to reach new people. Twitter makes good use of hashtags, which are used to 'tag' a tweet with the things that are relevant to it.
