How to Leave Magento
Let's imagine a scenario: a young go-getting entrepreneur figures out a genius idea for an eCommerce business. What's the first thing he or she does? Why they look around on the internet for an appropriate service to help them get started, of course! There are so many options available: Shopify, Magento, Sellr, Mal's E-commerce, RomanCart and, after a bit of research, the young entrepreneur decides to go for Magento. All seems well and good at first, but they eventually realise that Magento isn't the superb service they'd hoped it would be. Sure, some people doubtlessly get a lot of use out of it, but it just isn't for them. Alas, what can they do? Well, if that's a situation which sounds all too familiar to you, then read on! I shall use this blog post to tell you how to leave Magento and what to do with your eCommerce dreams afterward.
If you want to have your Magento account closed, you're going to have to contact them directly. The best way to do this is over their forums and to request for your account to be closed. If there is anything that you might be overlooking then I am sure their moderators will bring that to your attention. I'm afraid it's the only real way you can do it, because they do not allow you to manually close your account. Presumably this is because they would like to know why you are leaving, which is fair enough. Afterwards, don't forget to uninstall their software from your computer!
Anyway, after this, it would be a real shame if you gave up on your eCommerce dream, so why don't you just sign up to Sellr as a replacement for Magento? Our services can be used for free and allow you to create your own eCommerce website based on our templates and will be all you need to run your business. On the other hand, you could pay for one of our biggest packages and we'll create a custom website just for you! If you sign up to 'Sellr Pro' right now, then you'll get a custom website for only £199.99, that's a better price than you'll find almost anywhere else!
