Let's imagine a scenario: a young go-getting entrepreneur figures out a genius idea for an eCommerce business. What's the first thing he or she does? If you want to have your Magento account closed, you're going to have to contact them directly. The best way to do this is over their forums and to request for your account to be closed. If there is anything that you might be overlooking then I am sure their moderators will bring that to your attention. Presumably this is because they would like to know why you are leaving, which is fair enough. Afterwards, don't forget to uninstall their software from your computer!
