Titles have to be just right, because if they're too long, they will be penalised by search engines (to prevent people from spamming keywords in titles) but at the same time they also need to sound interesting to encourages internet browsers to click on them.

The more you use SEOquake, the more things you'll naturally pick up on, meaning that you're likely to have to use SEOquake less, for example, once you get a feel for how long the ideal title is and no longer need to check.
