Social Media Management with Hootsuite
Social media is very popular; not only are a very large number of people using it for marketing, but an even larger number of people are using it for their social interactions. Millions and millions of people are on social media. As such, it should be no surprise, therefore, that there are a very large number of social media outlets: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, MySpace and many more. Obviously, you won't be on every social media platform, but it wouldn't be on a stretch to imagine that you are on a few. After all, each new platform that you use potentially gives you access to a whole extra group of potential customers.
But being on so many different social media platforms can be very time consuming; all will need to be regularly updated and all will need to be regularly checked for new messages from customers... Signing in and out of lots of different websites is going to take a long time even if you do have a very speedy internet connection! But I have a potential solution to this problem: Hootsuite. Hootsuite is a service which provides you with one big dashboard which can be used to monitor the feeds of all of your social media accounts. Now, rather than spending half an hour signing in to loads of different websites to see what's happening, you can then just sign in to one place and check it all in five minutes. This will clearly be a huge time saver. Plus, you can also use it to monitor the feeds of your competitors, which may then influence your own social media marketing strategies, or alert you to things they're doing that you might like to do too.
So Hootsuite certainly might stand to be a very useful tool to anybody doing social media marketing. If you're not doing social media marketing, why aren’t you? As I mentioned above, it can give you access to a huge number of potential customers and if somebody were to see that you had a large number of followers on social media, it would be a nice piece of reassurance for them that you are a good and reliable business. But if you don't even have an eCommerce website to do social media marketing for, why not sign up to Sellr now? For no cost at all, you can turn your eCommerce dream into an eCommerce reality and then, after that, you could sign up to Hootsuite to make things just a little easier.
