The eBay Song

As today is a bank holiday, I guess there's a good chance that you're sitting back and enjoying an extra day off. Maybe you're using the extra time to work hard on your eCommerce website, or maybe you just want to devote the day entirely to relaxation! That's your prerogative, but to me it felt appropriate to write a blog post which was somewhat more relaxation oriented. So here's something fun for you.

It's a song by musician "Weird" Al Yankovic and is basically just making fun of the fact that you can find all kinds of obscure items on eBay. What’s nice is that eBay themselves are quite fond of it! As lot of Sellr users will have started with eBay (or, indeed, may still be using it, as they can be used in conjunction) I'm sure it's something which a lot of people will be able to appreciate the humour of. Perhaps, if you did start on eBay before moving on to your own eCommerce website, this funny song will also be tinged with nostalgia. To be honest, you may have heard this song before because it was originally released in 2003! I was a little surprised to hear it had been around for so long, but if you have heard it before, I hope this blog post will be a pleasant reminder.
